Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your skin and hair care routine, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Simply ensure the items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely tape it to your return package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
